This policy governs all activities relating to supplier code of conduct across our UK operations, our export markets in Africa, and any territory in which SBC brands are sold, distributed or represented.

The Board of Directors is ultimately responsible for this policy. Day-to-day implementation is delegated to functional leaders and reviewed at least annually.

We review this policy annually and whenever there is a material change in law, business activity or stakeholder expectation.

Any concerns relating to this policy can be raised confidentially by emailing help@sbcltd.com. All reports are handled sensitively and without retaliation.
